Do you want to add a little fun to your workout routine? Take your workout to the pool!
Join us for an exhilarating paddleboard workout! For 45 minutes we’ll stretch and strengthen your full body while balancing on a paddleboard. Get ready to laugh and sweat the whole way through!
Workout times: Saturdays, 8-8:45 am, and 9-9:45 am starting October 31st!

Gentle Yoga via ZOOM Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:00-10:15am Join 5-10 minutes early if possible.
