STRENGTHEN YOUR BODY AND MIND
CORE STRENGTHENING– Focus on building stronger abdominal, low back and girdle muscles. Develop strength and flexibility through unique exercises designed to improve posture and body awareness.
DEEP WATER CARDIO FITNESS-Build strength and endurance in our deep water aerobics classes through cardio exercise and the use of a variety of equipment. This deep water pool is our cooler water pool kept at 82°F.
SHALLOW WATER CARDIO FITNESS– Most of our aquatic cardio fitness classes will take place in our shallow water warmer pool, kept at 88°F. These classes also utilize a variety of equipment and cardio exercise to help build strength and endurance.
ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS
Arthrocize –Maintain or improve joint range of motion, muscular strength and muscular endurance. Learn correct body mechanics to help alleviate difficulties in gait and everyday activities. Gain confidence with your movement in everyday life.
