Power Flex—Feel the beat while you lift! Enjoy using your own station of free-weight equipment to motivating music and an upbeat instructor. Based on high repetitions, Power Flex will increase muscle tone, bone density and connective tissue strength. Great class for both men and women.

Strength Express—If you’re in a hurry and still want an effective strength workout, Strength Express is for you.  Perform a circuit of strength machines with a 30-second BOSU strength and balance challenge in between each set.  You will feel energized after this exciting workout!



Total Body Strength—Short on workout time?  You can still improve your health and reduce stress with this half-hour interval class.  Using your body weight and various types of equipment will overload your muschles and keep your heart rate elevated.






Group Power—Join us in an enjoyable way to strength train!  Group Power combines traditional strength exercises witht eh hottest functional training moves to make you fitter and stronger.  High-rep, athletic moves and a periodized training approach are key components of this results-driven workout done to dynamic and motivational music.  It will be FUN!
