Big Horn Bus Registration

Registration for the Bighorn Bus shuttle service to the Sheridan County YMCA for October will open Monday, September 21st, 2020, at 8:00 am.  This registration will cover shuttle services for the entire month of October. Parents may register their children online at https://www.sheridanymca.org/ or in person at the front desk of the YMCA.  Due to the impact of COVID-19, please carefully read the following changes to our registration process:

Registration will be open for a maximum of 40 kids, after which a waitlist will be created.
Upon registration, parents/guardians will be required to fill out a Bighorn Bus Info Sheet and a COVID-19 release form on behalf of their children (both can be found on the links above). These documents will be required for children to ride the shuttle.
We encourage parents to register their kids on the waitlist even if all 40 slots are filled.
Once the roster is filled for the Bighorn Bus, we will observe the waitlist in an effort to ensure siblings can ride together.
Registration will occur monthly. Be on the lookout for updates.
The fee for registration will now be $5.00 per child, per month.
Please read the attached document for logistical changes to riding the bus that are specific to COVID-19. If you have questions regarding the Bighorn Bus, please contact Parker Wenos at pwenos@sheridanymca.org

COVID-19 Updates

Letter to members July 21, 2020

The Sheridan County YMCA Board continues to thoughtfully and intentionally discuss the current situation and risk in our organization.  As of Tuesday, July 7 the Y will no longer sell day passes, punch passes or monthly memberships to any out-of-county residents.  Johnson County YMCA members will still be able to access our facilities. For those individuals that live in-county we will ask you to answer several screening questions.

These guidelines will be reviewed often with any updates available on the COVID-19 Updates section of our website.

Thank you for assisting us in this ever-changing situation of COVID 19.
