Live “Y”ers: YMCA After School Program
Ages:  Kindergarten - 5th grade

About the Program
Called Live “Y”ers, this program is a fun filled after school program that provides a safe environment with caring and qualified staff.  This program will offer challenging and fun learning activities, including swim opportunities, visual art classes, group games, and field trips!  Students will have a time for homework / reading with help from staff and healthy after school snacks will be provided.  This program will accommodate participation in all other YMCA programs.  Parents are asked to sign their child out of the program each day or confirm a departure time for those walking home from the YMCA.

Youth Sports
Grades K-8
Year round.  Enjoy a different sport with each new season.  Choose from fall soccer, basketball, volleyball, floor hockey, spring soccer, and summer tennis.  Each sport emphasizes our core values of caring, respect, responsibility, and honesty while having fun.  All kids get equal playing time regardless of ability. 

Taekwon-do
Ages 6 and older
Students learn self-defense tactics and the basic tenets of Taekwon-do.  Visit Sheridan Taekwon-do online.
