Youth Private Weight Room Instruction

8th grade w/ parent or guardian
After
personalized instruction, family members can work out
together in the weight room on the aerobic and selectorized strength
machines.
Pre - High School
Strength Training
5th to
8th grades
An instructor teaches
boys and girls how to lift weights using machines and interacts with
them in fun aerobic activities.
Leadership
skills are a life-long quality. Leaders help counselors with
the
supervision of campers and small group activities. They also
learn how to be part of a staff team. The TLC Program
requires a
commitment to a staff training session and 2 or 3 weeks of Day camp or
Adventure Club in the summer.
