Y Personal Fitness—Feeling intimidated, embarassed or uncomfortable in a workout environment is not an issue with Y Personal Fitness. Caring staff will support and guide you in a private center and small group setting. Designed to enhance member confidence and commitment to activity, the Y Personal Fitness format will positively impact members’ ability to realize the intrinsic benefits of movement. Y Personal Fitness is a free 12-week program for the community.
AN INDIVIDUAL EXPERIENCE
Small Group Personal Training—This free-weight strength training class supports the philosophy of team work to stay motivated and achieve results while developing strong, everlasting relationships. Class is limited to 6 and attendance is a must.
A GENTLE GIANT OF A WORKOUT
Lap Swimming—The lap pool is available to swimmers who prefer an individual experience in the water. Creative workouts will be written daily, on a white board adjacent to the lap pool. Stop by the pool office for an appointment to help you with your strokes, turns and other swimming goals.
