Core, Stretch & Balance—Pilates is combined with traditional abdominal work to strengthen the core or powerhouse, lengthen the spine and increase muscle tome. Additional balance work and stretching is offered to improve joint range of motion and functional capacity for activities done throughout the day, Your body and mind will feel great after this workout.

 

Group Centergy—Group Centergy combines Yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training for improvements in balance, mobility, flexibility and the core.  Emotive music drives the experience as you breath and sweat through this full-body fitness journey together.

MINDFUL AND FLUID

QiGong(pron. Chi-Kung)—A way of physical, mental and spiritual cultivation, QiGong is beneficial to the health of young and old alike.  It is a practice of aligning breath, movement and awareness for exercise, healing and meditation.  With roots in Chinese medicine, martial arts and philosophy, QiGong is traditionally viewed as a practice to develop balance through rhythmic breathing coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid movements.  It creates a calm, mindful state.
