AOA Cardio/Strength—This safe and interactive program is invigorating for baby boomers and seniors. A variety of movement in the gym and easy-to-use strength machines keep the workout interesting and non-intimidating. Join us in a supportive and fun environment.
Cardio Mix & Strength—This is a cross-training program that introduces participants to a wide array of progams available at the Y, varying the cardio and strength workouts weekly.
SUPPORTING OUR OLDER ADULTS
AOA Water X Training—pool stations, aerobic conditioning and resistive equipment all combined for a variety and combined total body workout.
A POSITIVE ADDICTION
Pickleball—a sport for all ages; a combination between tennis, badminton and ping-pong.
Horse Basketball—an old-fashioned game of H-O-R-S-E basketball. Offered September through May, for adults 50 and better.
