Joint range-of-motion workout to maintain
or improve endurance and muscular strength. |

Pool stations, aerobic conditioning, and resistive
equipment all combined for variety and a total body workout. |

A.O.A. Cardio/Strength
Gym and weight room workout for active
seniors.

A.O.A. Strength
Resistive work using a variety of equipment, performance
monitoring, and group camaraderie for seniors. |

A.O.A. Pilates
Exercise class that strengthens
the core, lengthens the spine, increases muscle tone, and improves mind/body
connection. |

Pickle Ball
Cross between table tennis, badminton, and
tennis but less vigorous. A sport for all ages. |

Horse Basketball
Offered Sept. - May and for adults 50 and
better. Old fashioned game of H-O-R-S-E basketball. |

Senior Soupfest
Monthly luncheon for all ages. Share fellowship,
healthy food, and informative presentations. |
